Great place, the food is so good, and the lovly service from Jade and the others was just very nice, we live in Fl. And since it's so goid we going back for lunch today, 4/16/25, and have their great pizza. The pizza was fantastk and again the service was so good, thanku Augustina!!!
What a nice find! While visiting my daughter in DC, took our grandson out for lunch. The place looks and feels charming. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered pepperoni pizza and baked ziti and were very pleased with the prompt service and delicious taste. Would definitely go back for more
We came from out of town and found this amazing restaurant. Brad was very nice and accommodating. He made room for our soccer team and the service was fantastic. Everything we ordered was delicious. We were only in town for three days and w ate here twice! A must try for anyone visiting Washington DC!
We love Mama Lucia and this location is our go-to for pizza and pasta and Greek salad. The food is delicious and the staff here are warm and welcoming. The prices are reasonable considering the quality great! The portions are generous, the marinara is great, and the pizzas are big and so good.
Had lunch today with one of my Bestie's. My Chicken Marsala was DELICIOUS Our server was Augustina was AWESOME! She was attentive & helped with recommendations. We'll be back. Compliments to the chef!
Great environment/ service. I'd give 4 1/5 stars I wasn't a fan of the chicken francaice too much lemon to it comparing for other same dish I've had before.
Mama Lucia's is a well-known family Italian restaurant in Rockville that serves great Italian food and Neapolitan (New York style) Pizza I am a big fan of the chicken Parmesan dinner and side salad, and dining outside under the pergola. The restaurant is not large, but it does have it active takeout business. They're a handicap spots and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. It is also very kid friendly.
I get lunch here often, 4ish a slice is a good price for fresh pizza! They make a mean slice of Sicilian, with a bubbly, chewy-crispy crust. The marinara is simple, yet sophisticated, i always get extra. Food is expertly made in an organized kitchen viewable from the waiting area/hostess station. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and nice to talk to!
